India Vs West Indies 2nd Test
India enters into the 2nd test against West Indies at Kolkata. Not to the surprise of anyone again Harbhajan Singh and Praveen Kumar are sidelined for the 2nd test. This is simply a result of India's win in the 1st test. Although the win didn't come easy, but ultimately a win by 5 wickets always looks comforatble isn't it? As we say its ultimately a win that matters.
Not to forget the visiting team registered a 95 runs lead in the first innings of the first test. But again West Indies couldn't capitalise and lost the match. Some notable contributions came from Sachin Tendulkar and Laxman in the 2nd innings along with a quick fire 50 from Sehwag. The depleted bowling of India never looked actually depleted. Spinners did an excellent job as Ojha clinched a five for in first innings and the same feat was repeated by Man of the match Ashwin in the 2nd innings.
Well cricket fans would have a lot of opinions over the team selection even if its an ideal way to keep the team unchanged if it is winning. I have came across comments of some intellectual cricket fans providing inputs like Laxman could have been rested to make way for Virat Kohli. This would be a good opportunity for the inform batsman to get a knack of test cricket before India visits Australia. Few fans believe its time Yuvraj should only concentrate on limited overs cricket and make way for youngsters like Raina and Kohli as they have looked a bit better than Yuvraj. Or an extra bowler can be picked in place of Yuvraj. In between there are few cricket fans who believe the Indian selectors are bang on by selecting an unchanged team.

harbhajan gona get tough time ahead but good competition will bring the best out of harbhajan. regarding the series looks like a white wash. india 3 - 0 windies
