One can how big the matches could be in the warm up match. Just imagine how bigger would be the actual world cup. None of the teams would take the opposition lightly in the warm ups. Infact teams would pitch in their best combinations to gain as much momentum as possible before the cricket world cup begins.

While India has it own problems of injury, bad form, inconsistent bowling and batting, Pakistan has a lot of inexperience in the side. Australia has enjoyed a lot of success recently and climbed up to the top spot of ODI rankings, South Africa shares a similar success story. Sri Lanka have looked out of sorts recently while we can expect one or two upsets from teams like Bangladesh, Zimbabwe, Scotland, Ireland or UAE. New Zealand looks in sparkling form and prove their worth in this world cup. West Indies doesn't have much to offer but you never know when their young guns would outbeat the opposition. England is doing pretty well under the new captain but again they lack killer instinct.

While the world cup is wide open, still teams like Australia, South Africa, India and New Zealand are considered as favourites. Eyes would be set on batsmen like Warner, Kohli, Amla, AB de Villiers, Rohit Sharma, Sangakkara, Jayawardene, Dilshan, Rahane and many more to name; even bowlers of the likes Johnson, Starc, Steyn, Morkel, etc would be pumped up to go out there and perform.

With so much of excitement one can't really afford to miss even a single moment of the warm ups. We will keep you updated with updates related to world cup.
