West Indies recently lifted the T20 world cup 2016 trophy in India. They outperformed India in the semi-finals and went on to win the final against England. They are still on a dream run and would love to dominate T20 cricket, if not the other forms of cricket.

India is more likely to play Mohammed Shami along with Bumrah. They might have to opt one from Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, Umesh Yadav and Stuart Binny. If R Ashwin plays, either Amit Mishra or Ravindra Jadeja will get into the playing XI. 

Anil Kumble has showered praises for the venue - Central Broward Regional Park Stadium Turf Ground in Lauderhill, Florida. He said the infrastructure is very good and the pitch-outfield is perfect for a T20 match.  This is the only cricket venue certified by the ICC in the US.
